Hi i have this problem:
i set up a membership when i get by email the user and password to login it works for DELAVO panel but it doesnt for membership area.
The strange thing is that in Customers Menu at the voice Memberships it result the subscription but in the user menu appear only users roles and affiliate programs when it has to be also the membership.Who knows if tyhe problem is that?Who knows if the problem can be into the cpanel setting about protected directories,In cpanel it shows under protected directories passwords the same users we are testing for membership so it looks that is all perfect!So wich can be the reason why we cant open the mebership area wityh the password that DELAVO sent us?
