Problem setting up Remote Membership
I'm having a problem setting up a Remote Membership. Oddly, I've already set up a number of such areas on the same domain. But this one is refusing to work.
In fact, I set it up my copying a previously-working area, and all I changed was the name of the directory (the FTP details are identical).
I HAVE created the directory and I HAVE set the permissions up to be 777.
I get the error:
* Remote Membership: failed to run helper script inside the membership directory. Typical reasons are: (1) you entered incorrect URL of the membership folder, (2) there is a problem with running PHP script in the membership folder. You can click here to check the exact error
When I "click here", I get:
RMEM_HELPER_OK:/usr/home/imindex/public_html/org/members
which sort of suggests to be that everything is OK. But whenever I click "Save", I get that error message.
(I click Check/Fix and it says Done - but I think that's irrelevant anyway.)
Can anyone suggest what else I can check?
