After "successful install" I clicked on the link to my installation of Delavo and this is the message I get instead of my installed Delavo
Any one who can help I would appreciate it tremendously.

Hi,

You need to install Delavo on the same domain name that you picked out during the license and registration process.

If you have then there is a problem probably with the spelling of the domain name that you gave during the license and registration process.

Either way if it needs to be changed or added - you need to contact the helpdesk.

It seems that we have similar problem. I get the same message (Sorry, your license does not allow to install the script on domain
****.) I have installed the script on an Addon domain on my Hostgator server. I submitted the problem to Turbohelpdesk.com. I was informed to contact Hostgator because of a Mod security rules blocking, and my domain need to be whitelisted.

I received the following response from Hostgator : I have whitelisted you domain for all mod security rules that were blocking actions on
your account however you install is not working.

What else could be the problem; I have removed and re-installed the script both times on the addon domain which is the same domain for I listed for the License to the Delavo script. I have forwarded this info of the action Hostgator support took to Turbohelpdesk.com but so far I have no response.

It has to be the EXACT same domain.

For example, http://Your-Domain-Name.com
It cannot be http://Your-Domain-Name.com/folder or
http://folder.Your-Domain-Name.com

If you are still having problems, I can check the db for
the domain that you chose at registration.

Please forgive me if I missed something here, I was only finally able to download Delavo today with the latest updates that were made. However, I have my root domain set up on my licensing as the domain to install Delavo on. Does this mean that I have to go back and change my licensing from http://www.mydomain.com/ to something like http://www.mydomain.com/delavo ?
