'Help/Check Version' - does not display the current installed version

Hi,

Since I upgraded to v1.4 my Delavo does not
display the installed version when I go to
'Help/ Check Version'

It says only ' Delavo - Version' on the top

It is same after upgrading to version 1.5 .

I wander if other users have same issue?

Hi Almin,

After you upgrade to 1.5 - it will show your license number on a successfull upgrade.

I upgraded to v1.5 and yes, it displays my license number,
but it still doesn't display what version is installed, as it
did before the version 1.4 .

Now it says only ' Delavo - Version '

Before the version 1.4 it said ' Delavo - Version 1.3 '

That must be a bug.

Is it same in your Delavo?

Yes I've experienced the same thing twice...

So far it happened to me when I used the áutomatic upgrade option. After repeatedly getting the same result upon re-upgrading a few times, I ignored it since everything worked fine.

Hi Guys,

I don't know if it is a bug or not to be honest - I have got in the habit of renaming the latest download with the version number at the end so I know which one I have installed.

I usually do one upgrade immediately on receiving John's email and test it on a less critical Delavo system, then if everything is ok, I will upgrade my main system.

Well, this seems to be a bug.
Maybe we should log a ticket at helpdesk
so they know about it.

I have the license number showing though, just no version number.
