I have no idea what i am mean to be doing, and i am not a newbie to this stuff!

I missed the webinar last night on how to set up delavo, i can access the delavo online, but i am not sure that i have to do anything else to make the programme work. and then I need to set up my websites. Now at present I have websites in the process of being made, (I am a web designer) but do i use my own in Delavo, or do I use ones that are on delavo already, and then where do i find the products?

You are probably all up and running, but in case someone has some compassion for a very confused woman, could you make things a little clearer?

Edith

Hi Edith,

Delavo is your back-office for collecting payments for products and memberships, tracking affiliates and delivering access to membership areas (single time payment or recurring) and allowing digital purchases to be downloaded.

Your websites are your front offices and only link to Delavo (which is a central point) to take care of the above.

Hi Edith...you are not on your own. I have watched the videos 2 to 6 and love what I am seeing. I am intrigued to say the least...what I would like to know is do I have to purchase the $97 monthly membership to get access to content?
After installing what is next?
Appreciate someone pointing me the right direction.
Cheers

Hello Edith. You can use the default templates in Delavo without any
problems at all. If you are designing your own website(s), then I
would include them when using Delavo in the Tools/Template
section of your install.

This makes the script more personal to you and your business.
And you can have more than one template, so one product/service
can point to a template and another product/service could point
to an entirely different template.

The products on the other hand, would be products that you
have the rights to sell, as in private label or master resell rights,
or products that you have created yourself.

What about your web design? If you do that for other people,
then you can set up Delavo to accept payment from your
customers - they would go throught the order process and
be taken to pay through PayPal - and then return to your
site to download what they had ordered.

Hope that sheds a little light on the subject : )

John,

Where can I view the videos? I logged into the support area and ended up here. Logged into the Delavo site and couldn't find anything. Thought they would be listed under the 'tool' drop down.

Any help would be greatly appreciate.

Best Regards,

Al, I think the videos that John refers to are NOT the installation videos. I think they are the videos to introduce Delavo and they were at one time on the blog.

They were so impressive, I put them on my website:

Well worth looking at. Give them time to upload.

Also the video about John Delavera at http://delaverianmarketing.com/about/? (mentioned above) is impressive.
