Follow-up Manager Plugin Removes Quotes in Emails

Quotes ("), the sixty-six and ninety-nine type, gets removed in my follow-up emails for the follow-up manager plugin. This makes emails hard to read seeing I use a lot of dialog and quoted lines.

The " exist when I save the email and edit it again, but they don't exist in the email sent out.

A suggestion that I have used in the past is to escape the quotes - instead of " put a / in front - /" or \"

I've just tried that and got an email still without the quotes though the slash remains. I hope this bug gets fixed.

I've tried that Brian and the issue still occurs. I'm sending in plain text emails (checkbox ticked) so maybe that's when this bug occurs.
