How Do I Add Prono Tools For Affiliates?

Hi everone,
I hope you all are having a good day.
I would like to know a little bit more about putting banners, images, email ads ect. in the promo tools page for affiliates. I have found very little information about how to actually add my tools to this page? Can you tell me how this task should be done or direct me to where I can get some detailed information about how I should do It?
