View Full Version : Charity commission - missing field

I noticed that in product view there is no field ' * To user # ' for adding a user ID under Cherity commission. It is a mandatory field so the charity commission cannot be added.

This was not the case before, so I wander if you guys have the same issue.
I have Delavo version 1.5 installed, but I cannot say exactly when this field disappeared, maybe it's after installing the latest version, maybe even earlier.

It is in 'Product' view, ' Charity commission' . When you click on 'add one more commission'
you should see that the form field is missing for ' * To user # ' .

Please check if you have that field or not in your Delavo and let me know.

Hi Donna,

I just upgraded to version 1.6 and it is still missing in my Delavo.
My Delavo is upgraded fantasos and I use the old standard blue skin.

I know that I had that field before and I don't understand why it is
missing now. Shell I contact helpdesk?

Hi Almin

Mine is also an upgraded Fantasos.

Try changing to the Delavo skin and see if it shows up.

It may have something to do with that as the area where a charity
commission is enabled changed with Delavo.

I will try changing to Deavo skin to see if it helps.

But I want to keep the standard blue skin because it matches
my entry page design.

I switched to Delavo skin and it's still missing.

I think I need to contact helpdesk.
