install complete, but getting error, any fixes for me?

Hello Forum,

Yesterday I installed my Delavo, hurray! I followed the instructions and all went fine. I got
the message that said "Delavo Installation Installation Complete" and it provided my
Admin codes.

The error is happening when I go to my site. I'm getting the following error.

"You don't have permission to access /delavo/auth/login.html on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

Is there something I can do to resolve this?

Much appreciate any help/suggestions.

ps - the install has been done on Hostgater if that helps.

Diane,

This is a common error problem on hostgator hosting.

You just need to raise a ticket.
Ask them to whitelist your domain name and folder where you have installed DELAVO.

It's a mod_security issue and to do with the way they have their system set up.
Just raise a ticket with HOSTGATOR and they will set things right for you.
