Hi,

Lately we've had a large number of people complaining that their order process stopped at 2checkout.

In other words they were not returned to Delavo once they completed their purchase. We have confirmed that the payments were indeed processed.

I have checked the setup and everything seems correct:

Direct return: Immediately returned to my website
Approved URL: Set correctly
Instant notification settings: all enabled and correct URL set (also ticked in delavo)

** Side note**
we only seem to have this problem since enabling instant notification, but I can't be 100% sure about this.

I was wondering if this had anything to do with the Pending URL?

Should this be completed and if so with what details?

Any help appreciated.
