Have a new DELAVO owner that got a copy of DELAVO from me. Seems to be like I was a few years ago with no experience in script install. Needs the install manual which is inside the DELAVO Club area. Does he need to purchase a Club DELAVO membership to access that?
Seems kind of like a bad deal to have to make him pay to get install instructions for a free program but then again .... maybe I should let him pay me to install it? :)

Hi Deen,
Your customer needs to log in to the Delavo.com/news section and will find the manual & video there for download (pesonal use) failing that you can install it for them (good PR).

He will want the install manual as it also shows how to update Delavo.
And as Brian says, he will find that manual inside

want to get those too.
(No F1.18 or plug-in manuals are available there though as I no longer
write manuals for John.)

He says he's tried to log in but can't. My suspicion is that he never signed up in John's DELAVO. I sent him instructions on that. He claims he never got the info, but I know I did when I used one of my Ambassador licenses for another site. I think he missed it somehow.
Waiting for his next message to see if that worked.

Donnathat he tried that. DELAVO shows that he is logged in to DELAVO, then the message directs him to sign out and login again. I sent him a link to the install instruction pages in the Delavo.com/news site and he still can't get in. Sounds like something is amiss and a support ticket needs to be started.
