Tried to upgade to version 2.0

I just tried to upgrade to version 2.0 and this is the message I get:

DIED: Version file delavo/kit.main/VERSION not found at delavo.cgi line 768.

delavo.cgi:768 main::__ANON__
delavo.cgi:962 main::actionVersionRead

I can no longer access my Delavo Admin and now I have over 200 payment links down. Please help.
