Hi

When I try to download DELAVO I get this error:

"Wrong username or password"

and I can't download the Delavo.

I'm new also but I think the problem here is that the particular password isn't your account password but is that OTHER password listed near the bottom of page 1 of your welcome email.

Now I have a problem that it seems you might have solved already :-) I can see the instructional videos and pdf's, but I can't see the software download. Where did you find that?

When I enter my details at http://use-sell.com/licenses/ and enter my username and password
I get: Wrong username or password.
But I use the right codes that works at http://use-sell.com/2

Once you generate a "license" the page simply refreshes. Scroll back down
to the bottom where you filled in the form. It will be there...

Then follow the link it shows as well.

Cannot understand what you have to do to get the software. I have access to members area and also support and help desk. But can't find the download link for the software. Nor have I received any e- mail with details about the software.

Are you talking about the License Registration page, or the Request Your Installation Package page?

I'm having no luck in getting the Installation Package, which I assume is the actual script of Delavo for getting it installed.

On the License Registration Page...when you requested a license.

The next page that appeared to me was pretty much the same
page but where the form was at the bottom that I filled in to
request my license number, it was pre-filled with that number
for me and a link to follow to download the script.

Hmm...just noticed that this reply was in the wrong spot. Wonder
why that is. The post I replied to was about not being able to get
a license code, and don't see that post above...lol

Hi Friends,

Did you disable your pop-up blocker?
Could be the reason for not getting your download link.

Otherwise create a ticket and they will respond in no time:-)

Wow, this is just bad. No download link to the script. No license number available (which allegedly will give you a download link(. When I log into the kayako helpdesk, i get an sql error in both firefox and IE.

I mean, I know it's supposed to be free, but I have already spent several hundred dollars worth of my time screwing around with this.

I suggest creating a ticket as well since you are having a specific
issue. Let support know exactly what is going on so they can
check into that specifically instead of trying to figure out what
is wrong : )

If you can log on to use-sell.com/2, the you should be able to move on from
there.

Follow this steps.

Go to the end of the page and insert your prefered domain in the box provided.

Click submit and your licence will be generated but....

You have to go to the end of the of the page to see that. Hummnn!!!

Then, open www.Use-Sell.com/licenses and input the necessary deatils as below

Choose DELAVO as the software
Put your license number
Your username (the e-mail address you used to log in)
Your password (the same you used to log in)

Then click "Request Installation Package" Button

DO NOT LEAVE THAT PAGE (i.e don't even touch your mouse)
DO NOT REFRESH THAT PAGE (At all)

Just watch....it takes some time......

A window to save or open will pop up.

Save it to your computer.

That is where i am now......Unfortunately................

the file i got is in zip and it's telling me it's not
properly archived or it's invalid.

But i just want people to get to this point so we can all move
from there.

Instead of complaining, we should just try and move on
because i have used this JVm1 before and we should just be
glad that he is giving this out free.

It's a good system so let us all be patient.

Please post if you can get past this point i am.

Hi,

I had the same issue reported here, i.e. enter my username and password that I know works with Fantasos and I receive a message saying: * Wrong username or password.

I logged a ticket at the help desk and they gave me the following reply:

I followed their instructions and it all worked perfectly and I have now been able to download my installation package, :D

I hope that this helps others here with the same problem.

Hi everyone,

I just posted this at the end of user name pasword error stream,
basically sme errors as here, so posting ,my reolution incase it can help here...

seems all the bugs are out and I too finally got download ....
but I had an extra problem, I use DAP downloader with IE and it was corrupting the zip download
and just getting a request.htm template file, basically the template for the page we were on...

So if you are still having trouble an you use any type of downloader program try disabling it...
as well as deleting IE history and temp files...

There are so many posts, I can`t tell if the issue was fixed. I had the same problem and a Turbo Angel helped me solve the issue. Now, when your entering that License info. You obviously want to make sure you have the correct information:

License
Username and Password

Make sure you are using the log in information you use to log in at www.use-sell.com/2.
It was frustrating, I was in your shoes. Now the problem is, is that Turbo Desk didn`t help me, I was a loner.
Let`s try it my way (Turbo Angel also told me to do this)

1)Lets save your license code to a text file!
2)Lets close all windows and if they`re important, save them, but close them.
3)Clear Your Browser Cache.
4)Now GO back to use-sell.com/licenses and put your info in again and wait..

FYI,

When I downloaded the Install Kit, I was also told the zip was not properly archived or it was invalid. I went with it anyway and it worked fine. Don't let that notice throw ya or stop you from opening the files. It seemed to be a system quirk and not a file quirk.

I too had trouble downloading Delavo Installation PKG. Kept getting wrong user name and/or password error. I used the same password sent to me in my welcome email, but it wouldn't work. Then it dawned on me that I had changed my password at use-sell.com/2 (http://use-sell.com/2). So I try again using the password I had changed to. Bam! It worked! Up popped the download window to save the zip file. Now to get it installed. That's another post though.

If you are having trouble downloading the installation pkg, try using the same password you login with at use-sell.com/2 (http://use-sell.com/2). Worked for me, hope it works fore the rest of you too.

Nope. I no box at the bottom to put my URL, as some here have said. All I have is the Delavo administration page. I've got all these emails, and NOTHING about downloading the script. I was able to download the videos, but that's it. This whole process seems to have been designed by some mad sadist. It makes no sense at all. Why not simply have all the downloads in ONE file? Easy.

A lot of people here on the forum seem to be looking for an email that will give them their download link. It won't be coming so quit looking for it. Or, they're looking for a page with a download link they can click on. Not there, either.

When you go through the licensing procedure, that's when and where you'll get your script. You'll simply get a popup of the "download save" type.

The email that I refer to is the email that was sent to you that has
the password to download the videos and manuals with - the one
that has the subject line "Welcome DELAVO users!"

And with the download that pops, if you run Vista, you will see the
bar at the top and hear a sound - just click on it and choose to
accept downloads from this site (may be temporarily) and then
you may have to click to download again...
