no download couldn't register

hi,

is the fact that i couldn't register license the reason i haven't received a Delavo download link?
i sent a request regarding the fact that when i try to register for license it says my Username or email or password
is not correct. the thing is, the UN/password i use works for everything else, meaning i can get into my delavo affi account, this forum, etc.

now i can't go back in and order again as it doesn't allow for that.

incidentally, all my emails do not show my affi# at the end of the urls.

they all look like these, is that normal?:

The ?aff_id= in the email is not yours. That would be the affiliate
id of the person who referred you to the site. I suppose there is
not one there because you went through the main site, not
through an affiliate link of someone else.

I had that problem when i registered for delavo i used roboform which setup a diffferent email the email and password i use to login to this forum is the one that i can
use to download delavo and install it.

If you started the order process but not enter
a domain name and now cannot get back to
the thank you page, go to use-sell.com/2/ and
enter your usrname and PW.

Go to account -> My Purchases and find your
Delavo purchase. Click on the link and you will
be returned to the thank you page where you
can enter your domain and thus generate your
Delavo license

Adter entering your domain and clicking on the
button, scroll back down to the bottom of the
page where you will see your license number.

Be sure to copy it, then hit the button. You
will be taken to use-sell.com/licenses.

Enter your info. You can then download your kit.

I clicked the button to Request Installation Package and the site thought for a few minutes, and then the form fields disappeared, and the rest of the page looked the same, and the progress bar said "Done". I've done this twice now with the same results, and no download package.

Not sure if it helps... the above occurred and I returned later in the day, and was successful; (confident there were no "technical" hangs, within my control) ... Gee, I guess I just suggested "Time" as a solution for you. Hmm. Well, all I can say is that it worked for me.

I've tried it 3 times now, once yesterday evening and twice today. Is there any other way to get the files, or a way to get support directly from John's people, rather than just the forum. I've posted 3 times here on this issue on different threads, hoping to get another "take" on the situation, with no help from anyone with any information other than what I already know, which is that page is supposed to be getting me the files.

Donna, I don't have any Purchased when I log into use-sell.com/2/.

I did get the download though thanks to your help.
