I have tried off and on the last couple days.To get the install pkg for delavo .
I input the required info and the computer will.go along for a minuite or as much as five min then
I get a message that says bad responce from server .
I think it is either just really busy or i may be doin something wrong .
i have tried at all hours fromsay 3 or4 in the morning to noonish to
times in the afternoon
.
Always get the same thing .soi leave and anywere from a half hour to several hours and try again.
any help would be most appreciated " and yes i am not the most patient person there is" :-)
Thank You

the peak time should have subsided by now and I would imagine that you should be getting the package.
why not post a ticket at http://turbohelpdesk.com and mention to them that you have been trying at different time periods and still couldn't get the install files.

If you are having server problems then I think it is your
server not John's. I work on the help desk and have
not seen anyone having any problems such as you are
having.
By any chance are you using a download manager?
Because they have been know to create problems.
