Hi,
I hope everyone here is having a good and prosporous day.
I am gettng an error message each time i try to create a remote membership with Delavo. I am sure I have input all the correct FTP info in the RM record. Also I am positive that my membrership site folder is there in my cPanel public_html directory. I have tried with my folder permsions set at both "777" and "755" and I still get this error message at my Delavo control panel: "Remote Membership: failed to run helper script inside the membership directory. Typical reasons are: (1) you entered incorrect URL of the membership folder, (2) there is a problem with running PHP script in the membership folder. You can click here to check the exact error". For some reason it seems that folder dose not exsist, that Delavo is not reading it I have enterd all of the correct information wth no success.
Is any one familar wth this error and how to fix it? Any help would really be appreciated. :-)
