Is there a way to customize the steps (step 1, step 2, step 3) in delavo?
I would like to add a "thank you" video to step 3. Can this be done?

Yes
You need to edit the thank you page template.

Hi Jay Ball,
On your package page, scroll down to the templates section and select "Edit templates manually" and click to edit "1st order page", "2nd order page" (or checkout page) and the "Thank you" page. That's it :)

Thanks - that helped very much.
If I'm using a form (incorporated order page) on my external homepage for 1st order page, where do I edit this form?

Go to templates 1st order page to edit

Oh, OK - I get it.
Editing the 1st order page gives same results whether it's used as an incorporated link or not.
(now I feel a little dumb)
thanks!

I’m thinking there might be an easier way to accomplish what I’m trying to do…
I’m trying to set up a lead capture mechanism. I’ve got it set up where the 1st order page is incorporated into my lead capture page where, when a user opts in with his email he is taken to the Delavo Checkout Page where he is currently prompted for a required first and last name (“Billing Information”) before being taken to the final Thank You page to access his membership – a secure page of promised content.
Is there a way to skip the Checkout Page altogether and just capture an email (that starts an autoresponder series) and then take them straight to the Delavo Thank You page that prompts them to check their email for password to access the content?

Hi Jay
Do not put the dl URL on the TY page. Instead add your opt-in form
with instructions.
You may want to disable the emails sent by Delavo when someone
purchases anything. You will find those at Tools/Emails. Then in your AR,
send customers to a page where they can dl after they have opted in.

I’m afraid I don’t understand. Why would I put an opt in form on my TY page? The user doesn’t get to the TY page until after they have opted in.
I also don’t understand how disabling the delavo email helps. If I have a membership site that requires a password for the user to access, I don’t understand how this can be delivered by my AR outside of Delavo. How does the user get access to his content if I disable the delavo email that delivers his password?
I think I may not have been clear on what I’m trying to do. I would like to give my user some cool content, and deliver it to them securely using a delvo membership, in exchange for their email. I do not want to try and capture their name or billing info or anything more than just an email address at this point. And I don’t want the user to have to go through any more steps than is necessary to get to their content (like the delavo step 2 – 2nd order page).

Jay
If you want to deliver anything through Delavo, the customer needs to go
through the payment process even if the cost is $0.
I suggested putting your opt-in form on the TY page so you could gather
their details and then deliver the content through your AR once they have
given you their info.
