we all have the same username/password problem

i follow all the steps ten times but there is no way to download the pacKAGE.Do somebody log in ticket to support central?I did it i think that if everybody we do the same the problem will be fixed

I figure their support desk is going to be overloaded enough without any help from us. It seems to be the first hurdle in what is by all means a major launch. I waited til the specified time and then tried. Everything went well, only one 500 error (which in itself is pretty impressive) but I would recommend not overloading their support desk as well. Just my opinion but I know they are going to have their hands full with other issues as well.
