Hi Folks,

I have been trying to download this AM with no luck.. I delayed this as I was not sure what domain name that I wanted to use. I got that figured out this am and got the license form and got the ID number. But when I try to do the download, it comes back and says that I can not find the webpage??
Questions.. Can you .net instead of .com for the website (in my case xxx.net ) also I have this domain parked right now.. Do I need to have it active???
Also can you cut and paste to fill in the form??
This is driveing me nuts!!

I went through the order process and got as far as having a Sales number and a License number tied to the domain I chose. But nowhere did I find a link to download the Delavo files. I thought maybe I missed something and the link would be emailed to me, but nothing has come. Where can I find the download link?

Did you get the "Welcome Delavo User" email?

In order to downlaod the instalaltionkit, yu need to go to:
http://use-sell.com/licenses

Choose Delavo fro the drop downmenu.

Then enter your info. Click on the button and your download
will start.

I went back to the use-sell.com/licenses page and found the form to fill in with the product "Delavo" version 1.0, my license number, and my username and password. I filled in this form and submitted it. I have tried this 3 times now. Each time, the progress in the bottom left corner of the browser says it is loading info from the jvmanager.com site and this goes on for a few minutes. Then the area of the page where the form was goes blank, shows nothing but white space, the bottom of the browser says "Done" and nothing else happens. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Mike,

Maybe a popup blocker stopping it - check your browser settings (you may even have more than one popup blocker),

Good idea, but I turned all toolbars off except Navigation. Then I checked Firefox's settings and my pop-up-blocker is not on. When you did your download from the licenses page, what exactly happened in the browser? Have you got any ideas how I can get the files and proceed with this? I'm losing my excitement level to get started because this is so hard to do something that should be simple.

Hi Mike,

Disabling the toolbars sometimes is not enough and I use Firefox also and my Firefox has it's own popup blocker as well as my Norton attaching a popup blocker also (come to think of it - it could also be you security settings not allowing a download from the site).

It really is very difficult to say what is stopping your download without seeing your computer.

After I enter my license and login details - I get the prompt to tell me it will take 2-5 minutes and afterwards a save as box appears - (I just tested it now while writing this post) and all goes well.

That sometimes interferes also.

Hi to both of you.

No download manager, just Firefox. No Norton or other pop-up blocker that I know of. Firefox's is off. I hate that thing. I've never had a problem with a straight "Save As" download before. I'll try disabling my firewall and av software completely, I suppose. What should I do if I still can't get it?

I never could, but support was able to post the files in a link and I got them that way. They said a few others had a problem like mine and they haven't been able to figure out why. So, fixed the hard way.
