... an existing mailing list in order to centralise everything?

I have looked throughout Delavo [I think(?)] and cannot
find a way to do it.

This way I can allow all subscribers to become members
and affiliates at the same time.

Hi John,

Not with the standard Delavo.

Users would have to explicitly agree to join by clicking on a link if you use the invite system or simply e-mail them with a $0 product for them to join (after making sure you have setup the affiliate group/program and attached it to that product).

YES. Using the Import Users plugin.

Or you can import them manually one by one. ::)
