View Full Version : Payment failed message during order process

Hello,

I tested a product today using paypal. When I placed my order I hit the "return to merchant" button and it said "Payment Failed!" However, the payment went through.

I was wondering what might have caused this issue.

Update: I think I figured out the error message. The thing is now that the verification does not forward you to the thank you page/download page. It hangs there for more than 2 minutes.

I am using Paypal and I have set up the IPN and preferences correctly (I assume).

I do have one more question, when you set up the IPN do you use the url like http://www.mywebsite.com/delavo or do you just use the domain?

Are you using Turbo Autoresponder integration with 2.3?

I am getting the same errors from time to time, and it's only on products using TA integration on 2.3.

I have a ticket open for this, and it is being investigated.
