I know what it means... I was just reporting a bug so it could be fixed.

Thanks,

Gene

Hi Gene,

Thanks - I will explain further - this is not a bug, it means the page has not been created yet :)

Brian, When a menu item goes to a 404 error page, it seems to me it's something that needs fixing. Whether or not it's a 'bug'. If the page hasn't been created yet, that's understandable, but there should be at minimum a place-holder page that says "will be added soon" or similar message. Having members click on a HELP link to get confronted with a 404 error page is just not good. Thanks for listening.

Gene

I created 7 manauls and numerous help pages all within a week.
Luckily I did have some help from Dritan and Sonja or there would
still be nothing available.

So I am sorry I overlooked uploading one out of hundreds of pages.
I will get it uploaded the first chance I get. However since that
information is available in the manual, it is not a priority.

Because we were rushing to get these ready so you could download
Delavo, we did not catch it. And of course, we did not waste the
time to put in place holders for hundreds of help files.

Donna,

Don't take it personally. I recognize the fact that you've worked your tail off just to make this available to us. It is REALLY appreciated. I've been in that boat many times myself.

Don't take my suggestions as a complaint. I am truly only trying to help by pointing out things that need attention. It is not a reflection on your workload or on the product/service. I personally am not concerned about the 404 error for myself. But when end-users (customers) join programs that use DELAVO, it is a bad reflection on DELAVO and companies who are using the program to manage their customers.

My intent is to help point out the things that stick out like a sore thumb, assuming you'd want this feedback. If not, I'll keep quiet.

Thank you for your hard work.

Gene
