Installing Delavo.cgi on Yahoo Webhosting - 500 Internal Error

Hello,

I recently signed up for Delavo and have been trying to install it to work on Yahoo! Webhosting. However, I always receive a "500 Internal Error" whenever I try to run the script "delavo.cgi". I have followed many of the tips on this subject, but nothing seems to work. Can someone help?

Yahoo says their server supports all types on PHP scripts, but they do not provide technical support to customers. They suggest that the problem is with Delavo. I do not know much about this subject, but I can say I have one other PHP script running on my server and it performs fine.

Can someone please help?

Did you upload the files in binary? Also did you change the permissions on the cgi file to 755?

Yes Donna. I did both of these steps at least twice. However, I still get the error reported above. What else could possibly be wrong?

Your hosting serverice may be missing a necessary module.

There are several threads on this forum concerning 500 errors so maybe
do a search to see what you may be missing.
