Help to login to Delavo.com/news

Hello,

After I downloaded Delavo, I was supposed to get an email with the confirmation that I'm in the customer's list and I think that was the email that had my password to login to http://delavo.com/news. It's been a while and I still haven't received that email.

Do you know where can I get a password to access the video tutorials? All I need is to access the manuals so I can install Delavo.

Thanks a lot for your help, the problem is that so far the only email I got was the one titled "/// You are IN!", which I used to download the software and the license, and I know I should've gotten another email but so far I haven't received it.

Any idea how can I get that email?
