I am no longer writing manuals for John so no, there is no written documentation available.

I do write manuals which I sell but have not written one yet for the survey plug-in.

I created a survey... Question, how do I place the survey in email? Is there a link that is suppose to point to survey? Any advice appreciated. Thanks.
