Exclamation MAJOR Official Announcement - DELAVO 2.0

Hi everybody

It is with great pride and pleasure that I make the
following announcement.

We are about to make some major changes to DELAVO that are
going to have huge profit-producing impact on everyone.

As you may know I've recently become great friends with
Internet Marketing legend, Mark Joyner. You know the impact
Mark has had on the industry - they call him "Godfather"
for good reason: he is responsible for most of the
innovations that have allowed us all to profit so
wonderfully from the Internet over the last decade.

Mark and I have become like brothers: both personally and
professionally. Recently, I spent a week with Mark and some
major revelations came from this meeting.

Mark said, "John Delavo is amazing, but you're doing it all wrong."

If it had been anyone but Mark I would have said: pshaw!

Mark proceed to outline for me some changes to make to
DELAVO and my jaw began to drop.

I can't wait to show you what we have planned!

Now...

Part of the changes coming are going to require some
MAJOR SHIRTS in the way DELAVO is delivered and
ESPECIALLY through HOSTED ACCOUNTS.

Here is what you'll happen on January:

- Mark Joyner's company is going to be the sole point
of sale for Delavo - and we are now backed up by his
massive infrastructure and team.

- We shall release DELAVO 2.0

- The following features won't be included to DELAVO 2.0

. Roles' option and functionality
. Resellers tab and functionality

This means that we will no longer be able to support the
version of DELAVO that supports Roles, hosted accounts, etc.

Now, before you react to this news, hear this: if you are
currently selling DELAVO Hosted Accounts we have a plan to
transition your customers under the new system and make you
A LOT MORE money.

Indeed, the things we have planned are going to create a
tidal wave of profit for all concerned - the likes of which
have not been seen since the gold rush days of the net.

If you do offer hosted accounts please let us now
by posting a message here and we'll contact you personally
to discuss this transition with you.

If you like, you can also initiate the conversation yourself
by sending an email to

transition AT delavo.com (replace AT with @)

Be sure to tell us

1. How many customers you have been servicing
through hosted accounts

2. How much you are charging them per month

Also:

- New licenses of DELAVO will be time limited.

- The prices for the DELAVO Plugins are going to go up
when sold separately, while different membership levels
will give you the option to choose an instant delivery
of the Plugins in the future without paying separately
per Plugin.

- Ambassadors will get new instructions for delivering
the licenses alrready ordered through a NEW system.

In Summary:

DELAVO 2.0 starts a New Era.

If you want to get the most of the benefits from the amazing
things we have in store, you may upgrade to the new version.

There will be a monthly fee involved for getting the Plugins
based on your membership's level, but we realized that this
is the ONLY Way to keep DELAVO "state of the art."

I wonder...

...if you realize how important this email is?

We are standing at the precipice of something huge,
and you are going to be a part of it.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to
contact us right away either by posting your message
here or by sending us a message to the email address
mentioned above.

With pleasure,

John Delavera & Mark Joyner

Default Major Changes but what about us?

I hope the value of our investment in F1.18 package and more plugins will be protected coz for us it was a big effort.I dont see how we will do with our customers and also i say it again we are very worried about the meaning of all that.We trust John will protect us and do not throw in the air the value of what we bought only some months ago.
Also the licences of Delavo that we got as bonuses or that we bought how they are going to mantain their value if all is gonna change?
And what about the memberships we sold allready that are in conjunction with other services and products?i will really appreciate if somebody will answer us not slogans but seriously.
Our level is not guru level but our work have to be respected because for us they are important even 5 memberships we sell or 3-4 softwares one time. This is the money we are able to make online at the moment and it will be a mess if all that will be devalued by exactly our mentors.
I hope all of that has been thinked before to decide those major changes and we are waiting to know whic will be the solution.
I start selling hosted accounts one month ago and i have 2 bronze packages sold and 2 golds. We charge 27 € per month bronze packages and 79€ per month the complete one. Those packages are not only DELAVO use but also autoresponder hosting and products.
WE where close to launch another site in 2 weeks but now we will have to change all our plans to see what it will happen. Some answers will be appreciated
Thanks

Hi John,

Does that mean that any updates to Delavo from here on out will require some kind of membership subscription?

Lightbulb More Learning Curve 2.0

Hi John & Mark

Learning to harness the power of DELAVO features takes a lot of practice. I do not see taking out roles and reseller features would benefit us in long term.

I love using roles as I can assign each roles to have different properties and reseller (is just a great idea from the start) why the best feature was taken out.

One of the best feature that is lacked is simpli.ci.ty ( I respect Mark Ideas on it) and why not let's make that for example having a lot of plugins. Who have used it to the max? I personally can say that using DELAVO for my client is quite confusing for them like there is no personal tracking (we need to track with creating campaign)

I think 3 steps of ordering system is great but I think there should be like a new plugin or interface where we can choose 3 steps or one full page ordering (imagine the easiness of getting everything from upsell, to details)

I also found that most of the guys when they were asked the parameters in DELAVO were shocked and fell out of the chair. I learned DELAVO quite a lot and have done a few services and for me is easier with ROLES and Resellers

Imagine the more Support Ticket where people will be asking why don't this work and such and hosted DELAVO ? I would say if I want to use my DELAVO as central one I also need the hosted for other domain I host especially since I do a lot of micro joint ventures with 2 or 3 marketers they don't need to login to my main DELAVO panel but they can access the same DELAVO without interrupting my main one.

I can say so much more. I hope that this taken into consideration as I have followed DELAVO since its previous version FANTASOS.

Hi John,

I love Delavo!

Since its introduction a few months ago I started to discover the power of Delavo, started the journey, planned the way I was going to make money with Delavo, bought plug-ins, moved accounts, became an ambassador, prepared new websites, started preparing hosted accounts....

Now all comes to an end. Not sure how to proceed.

Delavo 2.0 starts a new era!

What does make the difference between a good idea and a better idea?
Implementation.

Let's implement! Quickly please...

Fred

John,..

I am a big fan of delavo. One of the reasons is Role Plugins.

I sell hosted account, and have several members.
And I do have a big plan on 2010 playing more with roles.

Please protect our investment ....

Thanks

Yuan

Default Well, ...

I don't sell hosted accounts YET. It's on my agenda to do though.

The monthly support fee is what is going to hurt though. Right now I've got a support ticket that's about 2 months old and no resolution to the problem. Last time I emailed for an update I didn't even get an answer. And this isn't the only problem that has gone unresolved. Will this improve?

I (as many others) have spent a lot of money on JVManager, then Fantasos and now DELAVO. Money that I haven't even come close to making back. An increase in costs (another monthly fee) will have me thinking about another solution.

I know these changes are going to cause difficulty for some.. but did you really think this wasn't going to happen?. John is one of the sharpest marketers online... and Mark... well he is the godfather of Internet marketing.. he was one of the first to sell marketing tools and services online.. I know because if was one his first customers... What I am saying is I have been around since the beginning... and have watched these guys... they are doing the right thing... for their businesses and their families... and they do NOT need to apologize to us for doing it...

As for a mass exidous where are you going to go?... there is no other software available that does what Delavo does... sure you can go out and buy 10-15 scripts.. and get most of the functionality .. but it will not be integrated into one easy to use control panel...

I for one never got real serious about delavo... because it was free and I knew John isnt going to give the store away...

I use JV1 it works fine and meets all of my needs.. the best part.. no additional costs....

NO DRAMA!!

new isn't always better!

Joe

Default This is one active thread...

Wow! This is one active thread. Maybe you should put a flaming icon next to it.

With so many questions being raised here, I'm waiting to see if there will be a Delaverian rabbit pulled out of the hat.

I'm glad to see you're putting something in place for the Ambassadors - details still to come.

I have another question related to the loss of the Roles function. Currently I use Ralph's very nice 3rd party script to manage the web hosting accounts I sell, and that script relies on the Roles function to manage the web hosting packages. Will Delavo 2.0 changes render that script useless, or will there be some other provision so that I can still use Delavo to centralize such operations?
